Week 3 - Roy G. Biv

I was really thankful for a theme this week (from the Project 365 community) because I've been tired and not especially in the photo taking mood. It gave me some sort of incentive to keep going - and it's only the third week! Gah!

Violet

Yet again, I found it hard to pick the best one. I went with the second from the top.

Blah

I wasn't feeling very well Saturday, so I napped on and off while watching the end of the West Wing. Damn, that was a good show. I lay around pondering what to watch next: keep with the decade-late theme and finally watch The Sopranos, dive into The Wire, join the Mad Men train, or give Breaking Bad a go? Basically, whichever downloads first, because these have all been recommended to me over and over again.

It was a horrible yellow dust day - as if it wasn't odd enough to have been up and puking at 4 a.m. and then napping at random times all day long, every time I woke up the sky was yellow and there was thunder. It felt a bit like the apocolypse arriving.

I took my indigo picture (after googling to see what colour it is, actually) of random stuff in the house. I used the books/glass/candle holder one in the end.

Kindie Cooking Day - Blue

Ever cooked with a bunch of children in Little-Red-Riding-Hood-esque costumes? Neither had I, but I'll be doing it once a month from here on in. It was a slightly bizarre experience. With the seven year olds, we made what I was told was Korean pizza, though it was more like some sort of tasteless Korean fried cookie covered in flowers. Yes, flowers. Weirdness. Then the two classes of six year olds made scrambled eggs and, man, were they excited about it. If I hadn't ended up feeling rather ill after, I'd have invited them all over to make me breakfast in bed on a daily basis.

Orange

Orange!

Whenever I do a spring craft, it snows in Korea. I'm cursed.

I can't figure out if the unaltered or one of the altered pictures is better. What do you think?
