Pancakes and Popcorn

So far, the seven year olds have cooked "pancakes" two months in a row. I'm not going to hold my breath hoping they break out the maple syrup one day - these ones were ground pork and green onion ones and the last ones were more like cookies with flowers on them. Anyway, it was fun and relatively delicious. The popcorn making was quite amusing - no salt or butter on it, so it tasted a bit boring - because one of the girls was terrified of the noise it made when it popped!

After a long day of cooking, I went home and finally just relaxed - Jefe went back up north for work and so I had an evening to clean before he and Courtnie returned and some time to catch up on sleep.
