Oh my God. I have to tell you a terrible thing. I think I must have killed her. Just two days ago I was thinking "I wonder if Madeleine L'Engle is still alive" and now I find out she's died. This is not the only time I have done this. I killed John Mills in a similar way a few years ago, and in 2002 I killed the Queen Mother. I have to stop wondering if elderly people are still alive, because they tend to die the next day. I am a terrible, bad, terrible person.
